AguaTierra Vineyard is placed at El Ciénago, near to Punitaqui which is 25 kilometers away from the city of Ovalle in the Limarí Valley, Coquimbo Region. This vineyard belongs to Agrícola, Forestal y Ganadera Andino Ltda. whose owner started this great adventure of producing organically produced wines in 1999 and received the organic certification for the entire wine production in March, 2004. AguaTierra has been waiting for the proper moment to come out on the market since its wine production is directed towards a customer base that values organic products and its benefits.
The amazing wines are a result of many reasons, one is the placement of the vineyard, this zone has the cleanest soils in the country. Other reason is the cultivation of indigenous flowers among the vines in order to attract and control insects, which has brought us great results. We use zero percent of chemicals on this vineyard.
